This term refers to wines made from grapes grown in vineyards at high altitude, where environmental factors such as temperature, sun exposure, drainage and atmospheric pressure significantly affect their characteristics.

Olive Oil
The traditional flavour of our oils comes from our love for our native species, such as the Alfafarenca, a minority variety typical of the Valencian Community, which has extraordinary properties. To guarantee the authenticity of its essence, we select the olives at their optimum moment of ripeness and we extract the oil with a cold process (between 20º and 22º) to preserve its character to the maximum.
