OUR VINEYARDS
10 Hectares of vineyard
In 2019 we started planting 5.5 hectares of the native varieties Monastrell, Alicante Bouschet (Garnacha Tintorera) and the foreign varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Chardonnay. In f ebrero of 2023 we expanded the plantation with 5 more hectares, located in our Mas de Ondara winery, respecting the traditional contour lines. Two more varieties were added to the previous ones, Viognier and Tempranillo.
A vineyard that honours history
Our vineyards
The vineyard follows the contours of the land, respecting the dry stone terraces and margins made by the inhabitants of this village more than 800 years ago.

"Passion for our roots, deep respect for gastronomic tradition and history come together to designate the character of the Valley".

The Terroir
The term terroir, or terroir, is a concept that combines the specific characteristics of the soil, topography, climatology and biodiversity of the environment where a vineyard is grown. The aim of conscious viticulture is to obtain a wine with unique and inimitable characteristics, which can speak for itself about its place of origin.
Our terroir belongs to the Marina Baixa region, and is characterised by the large amount of minerals it possesses, as well as its dark colour. The soil breathes between its rocks and the fine sand resulting from its materials and has the perfect characteristics to shelter the vines.
