Penya del Castellet

This rosé wine honours the Penya del Castellet, a cliff that stands out in the Valley and which houses the remains of a structure from the Arab period. The winemaking process begins with vinification in a stainless steel tank at a controlled, very slow temperature in order to enhance the floral and spicy aromas and the freshness of the Mediterranean. From the first bleeding and fermentation of its lees, the wine maintains the greatest freshness and aromatic intensity. Its pinkish tone with electric reflections is manifested in the mouth with a fresh flavour and hints of fruity acidity.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale pinkish colour and very bright as a whole.

Nose: High Mediterranean intensity, aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach skin. Reminiscent of exotic fruits.

Taste: Balanced and fresh entry, tasty and fruity acidity, of great complexity. Very elegant finish.

Food pairing: Grilled oily fish, white meats or Asian cuisine.
