Albor de Masos
The word Albor symbolises a new beginning, which is why it has been chosen to give its name to the first MASOS red wine. Its vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and separately, thus achieving its maceration for 3 weeks. In addition, the cap-breaking technique is carried out 3 times a day. This consists of periodically mixing the layer of skins, seeds and pulp that forms on top of the must during alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months at controlled temperature and humidity and 12 months in the bottle.
