Vidal Balaguer

In honour of the Vidal Balaguer family and their ancestral agriculture, this red wine is vinified in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, allowing for an ideal maceration for 5 weeks. The cap-breaking technique is carried out 3 times a day during alcoholic fermentation for subsequent ageing. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (70% of 225 L and 30% of 500 L) for a further 12 months in the bottle.
